Brigitte and Franck Redureau are at the command of this 3 star Logis hotel, very quiet, whose windows open onto the river. Franck, in the kitchens, offers us for 23 € its crispy langoustines or its filet of dorad sauce; unless you prefer the cute pork chutney to fig and apricot? Don't hesitate to taste his foie gras: he is gold medalist for this specialty. We come here for the gastronomic qualities of the kitchen, but also for the charm of the two panoramic rooms whose view enchants the eye as the plate les papilles.

Un peu désuet et une odeur de cigarette à l’accueil.

Saint Florent le Vieil, arrosé de la Loire, qui est dit cité de caractère pour ce jour de réjouissance (14/09/23). Tout est présenté sur Google concernant le charme réalisé par le Saint de l'histoire. Outre nos belles découvertes paysagées, ''l'hostellerie de la Gabelle'' nous aura surpris par l'excellente subsistance. Une adresse à recommander.
