In this 15th-century seigneurial barn, where tithes were stored, regional specialties await you. Baked in a magnificent traditional wood-fired oven, they are, of course, fouées. Here, you're treated to a complete, unique menu: aperitif, beautiful fresh mushrooms stuffed with galipettes, homemade fouées, served as much as you like and washed down with a red saumur... Thin, soft and light, they can be topped with salted butter, rillettes or mogettes au gratin with duck confit. Cheese and dessert are also included.

Nous y retournerons quand même car c'est un endroit différent des caves (nombreuses sur Saumur) pour déguster des fouées.
Nous le conseillons cependant pour au moins découvrir le cadre qui est original.
