Hotel-restaurant offering daily specials served during the week.

Since 1873 the hotel-restaurant in the Star is standing! Anne-Marie Peltier follows up to no less than 5 friendly and friendly hotel generations for your happiness. On the side of the restaurant, in the warm room with clear tones, you will not know where to give from the head everything seems tempting: tartare of tuna to Granny apples, terrine of the chef and their veggies, pavé accompanied by a chanterelles de and light cream to parsley, or filet or hotel master. Bon acceuil, chambres confortables, propres et silencieuses, nous avons dîné au restaurant, service rapide, les plats sont bien garnis et délicieux, petit-déjeuner servi à la table simple et efficace pour des randonneurs, Merci

L'hôtel et restaurant de l'étoile a Merkwiller Pechelbronn et très agréable pour passer un bon moment, un grand merci a Mme Anne-Marie Pelletier et son équipe pour son hospitalité, la table et très copieuse et bonne, les bungalows sont très agréables et surtout au calme pour passer une agréable nuit, je n'hésiterais pas de revenir à mon prochain voyage en Alsace.
