For more than 20 years, this vineyard has been worked in organic agriculture. The grape variety grown is Cabernet Franc and the wines produced from it have names that are original, to say the least. The flagship wine of the Manor is called Bagatelle! It develops aromas of red fruits which make it an original and lively wine, for one of the best quality/price ratios in the region. The Free mousse Pet Nat is a sparkling wine with redcurrant aromas. Recently, a few vines of Pineau d'Aunis, not very developed in Anjou, have been added to the production.

Nobility and tradition: the estate is one of the standard bearers of the recent appellation saumur-puy-notre-dame. It is committed to an environmental approach and has gone completely biodynamic. The ultra-modern winery is worth a visit. The harvests are kept there, plot by plot. And under the vines, one enters nearly 2 km of tufa galleries where more than 100,000 bottles blossom in the darkness and coolness. It is said that the vines take their source in the cellars where they have planted their roots...

The story of Un cheval Un champ starts in 2013 with the construction of a trailer and the acquisition of 3 draught horses that allow the team to travel the roads of France. In Puy-Notre-Dame, they are entrusted with 5 hectares of land. Today, they use 10 of them. And have been recognised as quality producers at the Collège culinaire de France. Un cheval Un champ offers organic and seasonal vegetables: from bear's garlic to cabbage, peppers, potatoes and many others, as well as a fine selection of herbs.
