With its French gardens and its remarkable symmetry, the Château de la Lorie is a must-see for any architecture lover. Built in 1632 at the request of the Grand Provost of Anjou, it has never ceased to grow and to be embellished, giving it a unique notoriety and an unshakeable romanticism even today. Its private racecourse still remains a regional mecca for horse racing. During the visit, one will admire in particular the "marble salon" in which is preserved the whole of the original furniture created for this room in 1779.
