What a must-see is the magnificent castle of Plessis-Bourré, built in only 5 years from 1468 to 1473! This beautiful fortress from the end of the Middle Ages, designed by Jean Bourré, was classified as a historical monument in 1931, and we can understand why! So come and discover the history and elegance of this place framed by water. Visits adapted to children and adults. Animations take place all year long like the tournament of the order of Saint-Michel, a reenactment of medieval jousting.

Magnifique château
Une joie de visiter ce château. On nous annonce sans visite guidée. Cependant lors de ma visite une jeune guide qui se trouve avec un groupe nous interpelle pour nous preciser que c est une visite privée.. Je me suis sentie tres mal a l'aise... Ca a gâché mon anthousiasme a visiter le château.. Prévoyez un horaire décalé pour vos visite privées. J ai eu la sensation d avoir payer l entrée et ne pas etre la bienvenue... Tres déçue
