We find local wines which are of course the honor: from the Savennières of Joseph Renoux (Clos de la Marche in Saint-Aubin-de-Luigné), Sauvignon castle sauvignon in white and other AOC of Saint-Lambert, Denée… Jean-Loup has decided to serve local producers and he has achieved it with great success. We eat with the greatest of pleasures. The dishes are creative, greedy and colorful with fresh, noble products and qualities. We also find a diversity that is constantly renewed. The decoration is carefully decorated. Cherry on the cake, do not hesitate to go to the large terrace when the sun is from the party, to enjoy a breathtaking view of the Loire.
