La Patachée is a staple of Angevine cuisine: frisée, new potatoes, garlic vinaigrette, croutons and small onions. In his restaurant, the former second-in-command to Gérard Bossé (Une Île), Clément Veillon... takes care: product quality, short distribution channels and seasonality are the key values of his cuisine. Revisiting the terroir is another, and what talent! Veal kefta and garlic cream; filet de vieille, spiced emulsion and glazed baby vegetables; and for dessert, the famous mille-feuille, pistachio cream and pan-fried apples... a flawless performance!

Service inégal : le serveur principal (patron ?) ne s'intéresse qu'à ses connaissances attablées dans le restaurant, leur parle haut et fort de problèmes qui n'intéressent personne d'autre. Pendant ce temps on attend, longtemps.
Cadre plutôt sympa mais musique hard-rock insupportable et incongrue dans un tel restaurant.
N'attendez pas trop non plus qu'on vous salue en partant.
