The restaurant Le Sévigné welcomes you in the pure tradition of French hospitality. The restaurant room offers a majestic setting, with its large stone fireplace. As a starter, you will be surprised by the crispy sweetbreads and pig's feet, morel sauce, followed by a fillet of beef "rouge des prés", red anjou sauce, creamy chervil and romanesco, and to finish gently, a macaroon with angevine. Le Sévigné is also open to golfers, with adapted menus after a game or a training session.
