The Ange et Fromage store: it's over! It is Étienne Lebas who takes over the place to install his own cheese shop soberly called Chez Étienne. Of course, we come here for his excellent cheeses which we are advised with enthusiasm. Here, the Brie de Meaux rubs shoulders with blue cheeses of all flavors and other chaources and curés from Nantes. There is also a delicatessen with truffle tarama and other terrines. To make it all go down smoothly, why not try a cognac from the Delamain house or a Bollinger champagne? And to deepen the subject, the cheese shop organizes from time to time tastings, not only of cheeses but also of wines!
