"Quality every day since 1954": this is the slogan of the house, which has the merit of not being misleading. Proof of this is the line of people who line up every day in the small store, which is full of rillettes, rillauds, terrines, beautiful pieces of Label Rouge meat, charcuterie and delicatessen dishes, including the emblematic Alsatian sauerkraut.
