He chooses his meats for their quality, and the choice is wide. Beef, veal, lamb, pork, charcuterie and poultry are all butchered in the traditional French way, respecting the sense of muscle for perfect cooking. The store also offers home-made products to accompany your dishes, as well as expert advice on cooking and recipes. All with a smile!
