Gustave and Claude are the first names of the grandfathers of Alexandre Blond and Hugo Germond, the young managers of this new establishment that replaces the Saint-Aubin pancake house. The idea of these thirty-somethings was to open a kind of covered market as in the old days, with a friendly atmosphere. Indeed, between the greengrocer, the delicatessen, the wine cellar and the cheese shop, there is enough to fill your fridge with carefully selected products. Alexandre and Hugo know their suppliers and know how to talk about them. You can eat there at lunchtime and in the evening, the store offering boards, sandwiches and even oysters and snails!

A little pearl in the heart of Angers
Delectable and original sandwiches at a very competitive price for lunch. Delicious and generous plate of local cheeses and charcuterie with a fruity rosé for evening aperitif and we came again for coffee and home made Italian ice-cream. A gem in the heart of Angers.
