MEDIATHÈQUE TOUSSAINT

The Médiathèque Toussaint will undergo major renovation and extension work, postponed until 2023 following the discovery of an ancient cemetery during archaeological diagnostics. The main aim is to renovate the existing buildings and build a new wing to meet users' needs, before temporarily relocating some of the documents to the Institut municipal, place Saint-Eloi. Most of the library's collections will therefore remain accessible (185,000 books, 12,000 DVDs and 400 periodical titles, 35,000 audio documents), and the library will close in April 2025 to allow for the completion of these major works.
