PARC DES SPORTS DE LA BAUMETTE

The Baumette sports park is constantly changing. While it is estimated that half of the population of Angevina regularly participates in sport, it needed a sports complex that would accommodate the 36,000 members of sports associations. The 11 tennis courts and 4 padel courts were inaugurated in 2017. Archery has also been given new premises. A rugby centre will be set up to bring together all the activities of the SCO rugby club. A boules pitch with 16 covered fields adjoins the 48 areas dedicated to petanque, outdoors. There is also a skatepark, temporarily installed here, before it became part of the skating rink project.
