BRASSERIE DU THEATRE

This is a well-located brewery! And the Angevins are not mistaken, and they are running on the terraces as soon as the first bats arrived (we will not blame them!). Great location obliging, we are in one of the most expensive establishments in the city (with its small terrace terrace…). Sunglasses screwed on the nose, so here we are at the top of the big theater, that of the city but also that of life: The well-appointed place du Ralliement is a place of people of all kinds and therefore of animation. Let us go back to the brewery: The service is correct, the dishes of good level (meat, fish, seafood) and the map of fortified beverages: teas, some wines and beers, several decks of the classic mojito (champagne, strawberry purée or apple juice), cocktails (several at Cointreau). There is also a glass of champagne or a glass of whiskey (seven different brands and ages). To test: The Sangria in Cointreau and the house angevine soup (it's true, we're a little chauvinist in Angers!). The interior is large, elegant and airy: a contemporary architecture in which it is good for a drink or sustains before or after a nightlife in the city.
