A few years ago, this beautiful thirty-year-old bookshop became a SCOP (cooperative and participative company), through its parent company (Sadel). A cooperative and participative company in which the employees themselves are the main shareholders. A place, therefore, faithful to certain democratic and secular values. Novels, detective stories, biographies, essays, art books, comics: Angevine readers will find plenty here to quench their thirst for both new releases and classics. The store also boasts an extensive stationery section.

It is today the only bookshop worthy of the name in Angers and others claim there do not make the weight. Yes, here are booksellers booksellers, know books and including them, you walk to your season but can also suggest a reading. Two small shades with: 1) : the ground floor is a species of " couloir" where you runs very badly as soon as there is very small world; 2) a bit gloomy atmosphere: it is known that the commerce is in the crisis and probably not you smiling (still that booksellers can make very well it when you approach them), but there is in the shop something a little dull gives desire for making you discreet and sometimes you hesitate to solicit staff.
