Superbe demeure avec un beau cachet. Accueil au top. Super petit déjeuner. Literie nickel. Tout y est. Mme Florence est super agréable et à l écoute de ses convives.

C’est en tombant sur le site internet de la Maison de Florence que nous avons décidé de passer un WE à Angers.
Un très grand merci pour son accueil. Elle a été aux petits soins avec nous (et notamment excellente cuisinière).
Et bravo à elle et son mari qui font vivre ce bâtiment Art Nouveau, splendide et unique.
Angers est une ville magnifique avec des lieux incontournables, et pour nous, « La Maison de Florence » en fait partie !

We had a great stay in this beautiful house which is decorated to match it's 1930s architecture but with modern facilities. Our host Florence was very welcoming and also provided a delicious breakfast spread including fabulous homemade lemon curd.|The property also has a shady garden which we enjoyed on hot days, plus a lounge with TV, tea and proper coffee available.|It's around 20 minutes walk to the chateau and old town.

The most beautiful art deco house, together with Florence’s warmth, Joie de vivre and hospitality make this a stay to remember for all the right reasons. Bike storage is available, great recommendation for dinner and a fabulous room to return to where everything has been thought of. Breakfast was amazing, home made cakes and all other locally sourced products all served in the dining room with fabulous stained glass windows.

Wonderful art deco building beautifully preserved inside and out, with modern bedrooms absolutely in keeping with character of the building. Furnishing, bedding etc all high quality. Breakfast is good including Florence’s home produced delicacies. Florence is a friendly host who clearly loves taking care of both her guests and the house.
