Inventive local cuisine, somewhere between bistronomy and gastronomy, with particular attention to food and wine pairings.

It's been a few years now since chef Thony Pohu set down his pans in this pretty restaurant on rue Baudrière. Red floor tiles and old walls: the setting is set for a bistronomic break at lunchtime and a gastronomic one in the evening. The names of certain dishes leave you in suspense until they arrive on your plate. Fennel and pomelo or asparagus and tarragon for starters, followed by roast line loin or lamb that melts in the mouth. For dessert, the chocolate-pistachio combination is as light as it is delicious. And last but not least, congratulations on the quality of the food and wine pairings.

Très bonne adresse sur angers. L’assiette est travaillée, avec des mélanges de saveurs bien pensés (dessert bière chocolat excellent). Une belle carte de vin, bien présentée. Accueil sympathique et patient. A retenir !

Excellente adresse, menu très raffiné, produitd de qualité, superbes saveurs, avec une mise en avant de produits locaux. Le service était également parfait, le cadre du restaurant est très sympathique. Je recommande de vive voix, sûrement un des meilleurs restaurant dans lequel je suis allé depuis très longtemps !

J'y suis allée récemment pour mes 20 ans et c'était top! Déco très tamisée, le menu est présenté et les plats étaient très bons (surtout avec des saveurs surprenantes!)
Le personnel est vraiment agréable et j'en garde un bon souvenir !
