It's been a few years now since chef Thony Pohu set down his pans in this pretty restaurant on rue Baudrière. Red floor tiles and old walls: the setting is set for a bistronomic break at lunchtime and a gastronomic one in the evening. The names of certain dishes leave you in suspense until they arrive on your plate. Fennel and pomelo or asparagus and tarragon for starters, followed by roast line loin or lamb that melts in the mouth. For dessert, the chocolate-pistachio combination is as light as it is delicious. And last but not least, congratulations on the quality of the food and wine pairings.
