Spacious bistro-inspired restaurant in a pleasant setting, nestled just a few metres from the station footbridge
Nestled just behind the train station (take the famous footbridge to get there!), in the discreet La Fayette-Eblé district, this fine establishment is always worth a detour, year after year, not only for its pleasant surroundings, but also and above all for its unadulterated, seasonal and inventive cuisine: chestnut velouté or oeuf en meurette angevine as starters, followed by bao buns with shredded beef or filet mignon of pork with reblochon sauce, cabbage and conchiglie. Last but not least, bravo for the pistachio financier and chocolate mousse duo!
