Frédéric and Julien, the previous owners of this emblematic restaurant, have been replaced by a sparkling new team: Stella, manager and owner, accompanied by Timoté, the chef, and Juliette, her second chef, will seduce you with perfectly executed seasonal menus: black pudding croustillant with apples, duck parmentier and garlic cream, ending on a sweet note with pineapple flambéed with rum and coconut cookie. Conviviality, authenticity and gourmandise are the watchwords of this winning trio. A great address!
