Restaurant proposing a copious and home-made cooking in Angers.
Here, we eat under the eye of Goldorak, the A-Team or Super Mario! The decor is 80-90's for this restaurant chain, which promotes "regressive cuisine inspired by our mothers". There's a hint of nostalgia in the dining room, but also in the dishes, which revisit or adapt the classics of our childhood with a touch of bistro spirit: chicken cordon bleu, fish & chips-style breaded fish, sausage-purée or coquillettes (but with comté cream and black truffle ham!). It's good, hearty and homemade, right down to the desserts, with Kinder tiramisu and petits suisses cheesecake. Unless, of course, you're deprived of them because you haven't finished your plate!
