Pasta and pizzas to be tasted in a restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere in Angers.

One year follows another in this friendly Italian cantina run by a family of Sicilian origin. Simple, hearty, family-style cooking, combined with dynamic service, means you can eat in record time, despite the narrowness of the rooms. The plates are generous, as is the menu, with no fewer than 12 pizzas, 20 pasta dishes (penne arrabbiata, fusilli shrimp, lasagne...) and an excellent risotto. For dessert, pineapple carpaccio, panna cotta and tiramisu are always a big hit.

Delizioso ! Nous avons fait simple, pizza pour moi, lasagne pour lui ... Un délice. Si je laisse (toujours) les trottoirs, le plat de lasagne à été nettoyé avec gourmandise. Léger pour un midi, une mousse au chocolat partagée en dessert pour finir sur une note sucrée mais pas trop, légère et mousseuse ce qu'il faut, du fait maison, du frais, du bon ! La prochaine fois, je teste le tiramisu.
Ça parle italien, ça souri, ça râle lorsqu'on laisse des miettes, bref, l'ambiance est chaleureuse sans être envahissante. Envie d'entendre parler italien, de pasta, d'une pizza ? Allez y les yeux fermés, on est sur un rapport qualité prix très compétitif et qualitatif.
24 € à deux, apéro, pizza, lasagne et un dessert. C'est très correct.

I already enjoyed much Tiramisu to much Italian restaurant in Paris, but in Pasta al dente, TIramisu is very good; particularly Tiramisu with raspberries. the owner was very nice and the atmosphere is very pleasant.
To be Italian and have lived, I quite well placed to judge restaurants which are requested Italian: it is therefore with my usual mistrust that I came to sit me table called the " Pasta Al Dente " and that I analyzed with application all the culinary details but also the atmosphere and service. Verdict: if you really want to enjoy with real italian cuisine, to discover it or deepen, is the place for you. Faithful recipes and products, pizza worthy of the name, cooking pasta, in keeping with the recipe, no Francization of the components including cream or other totally unknown ingredients real Italian cuisine. Finally, as far as the place, I found it pleasant energetic and service will give you even Italian lessons free! (and to meet a commentary previous mine: the recipe you talk, in Italian is called " pasta, E olio peperoncino" what means " well; pasta, oil and PIMENT" so if you want to taste the real recipe, the place is essential, but if you do not like or support pepper mall, abstain));
