Chef Christian Tan's restaurant in Angers offers fresh, tasty Khmer cuisine.

After an overhaul of the menu and a change of name, fans of Cambodian gastronomy continue to be delighted at Cambodia Street Food (formerly Villa Veasna). Fresh mango salad with chicken, shrimp with lime or marinated salmon for starters, followed by beef with basil, chicken supreme with red curry sauce or stir-fried noodles, the flavors are always there. Bananas with coconut milk, rice pearls with taro cream, plantain cake... Desserts are no exception to the rule! Warmer than before, the dining room is pleasant and the service is dynamic!

Tres frais et bon. Dommage que le prix tout compris du menu n inclue pas l accompagnement riz etc… pas tout compris en fait ;)
