The wine-growing operation covers about 40 hectares, on land where the first vines were planted in the th century. Muscadets are planted in five different soils. Country wines come from 7 varieties: chardonnay, cabernet franc, cabernet sauvignon, abouriou, melon, white and pinot gris. The area also proposes a traditional crude method, the "Tourlandise" and semi-sparkling grape juice.

Château du Cléray - Sauvion, located in Vallet in the heart of Muscadet, is one of the oldest properties of Lecourbe-et-Maine. The Sauvion family produces muscadets of excellent quality with the Emblématique du Cléray. The house also markets, almost every year, a collection of guard that meets the name Cardinal-Richard. We advise you to taste at Turbulent, its taste is confusing. Fromenteau Castle is a private wine estate of 19 hectares, operated for 3 generations by the Braud family. The vineyard bears the name of a former castle whose origin dates back to 1260. You can admire two superb underground cellars that the operators have set up in educational space, especially for the attention of the school and the families to whom they offer several animations, including: 20/20 in the cellars (games in the educational area, visit of the wine cellar, tasting of the wines of the Castle) but also a rally: the legend of the Golden Calf (walks in the vineyards in search of the Calf d'Or, visit of the teaching space and tasting of the wines of the Castle). The site is suitable for groups and seminars, with an air conditioned room with 72 seats.

The doors of this area are open to you for a visit which will make you discover the pressing room, the wine cellar, the vats, the bottling room and the barrel cellar.
