In Sainte-Luce-sur-Loire, a new gourmet address has been created. Guillaume, the chef, with his experience of fine dining in Nantes, has opened his own restaurant with Sophie. The name of the restaurant, Les Maraîchers, is a nod to local history and culture. Here you can enjoy a cuisine full of flavours, colours and fresh products. In the pretty room or on the beautiful summer terrace, choose from an affordable formula or the chef's suggestions à la carte. Marinated sardines, cauliflower velouté and its julienne of smoked duck breast, salmon nems and its crunchy vegetables, fried snail, back of place and its almond marinade butter, fish with white butter, raspberry tiramisu, shortbread with three chocolates and candied clementines: everything is homemade. Le menu change fréquemment mais propose toujours un choix varié de quatre ou cinq options en entrée, plat ou dessert.
Le service est avenant et professionnel.
Les murs réfléchissent les bruits et conversations - ce qui peut-être gênant-, et la décoration manque d'attention : ce seront les seuls bémols dans une belle expérience culinaire par ailleurs.
