By the sea, it is! that you can't take a motorboat to go to the sea. Of course, you can go to the water with small power engines, less than 6 cv, but impossible to shoot a water skier or move away from the ribs. You will therefore need to pass the coastal permit that allows you to pilot everything up to 6 miles from a shelter (just over 10 kilometres). To go further, you will need to pass the offshore permit, which requires you to properly handle the boat, but also navigation on nautical charts has no secret for you.
