His wife will propose you the dishes of the moment. Here are a few examples of dishes from a regularly changing menu: foie gras lingot with gingerbread, then wild boar stew, monkfish with chorizo or sweet and sour duck breast. And for dessert: an orange ice cream tartlet with crème brûlée and salted caramel or rum baba. An address to be warmly recommended.
