Everything is homemade with fresh seasonal produce. It is an inventive and varied cuisine with dishes and specialities on site and to take away. For example, you can opt for an Indian-style coral lentil soup as an appetizer, continue with barbecue chicken and finish with a caramel and salted butter panna cotta.
