La Fleur de Thyme welcomes you in a friendly atmosphere. You will enjoy careful cuisine, prepared with fresh products. Enjoy a great salad like the shepherd's salad, the salmon trilogy or Perigordian. And for those who prefer the menu you will be suggested in input, a laminate of St. Jacques shells and its julienne vegetables or bavarois salmon, and its citrus salad. You will continue with a salmon and burbot steak on its red butter. Unless you are more meat, in this case we recommend the shredded of canard duck duck. A little sweet to finish? You will succumb to the brioche lost to raspberries.
