In the heart of the Brière Regional Park and the Guérande peninsula, since 2006, this GAEC has been transforming the milk from its cows into farm products. The farm includes 175 hectares of forage land mainly used to feed the 100 cows of the Prim'holstein, Normande or Simmental breeds, the 90 heifers and the meat workshop made up of 60 cows and heifers of the Charolais or Limousin breeds. A farm chicken farm completes the production. You will find milk, butter, white cheese, yoghurt and cheese pudding.
