This former hunting lodge on the banks of the canal is a must in this pretty corner of the Brière. The restaurant combines tradition with a typical Brière thatched house, and beams with modern dishes. The chef prepares a refined, authentic cuisine blending tradition and modernity, like this fish with ginger butter from Nantes. Signature specialties from the marsh: eels and frogs' legs in parsley sauce. Apple caramel and yuzu kouign-amann round off the feast before a bucolic barge ride.

La nouvelle direction m’a réconciliée avec cet endroit . Très bon accueil , service très aimable . Ambiance chaleureuse , moderne et terroir à la fois . Plats excellents . Les grenouilles et anguilles sont toujours là !

Très belle auberge bien rénovée et avec une belle décoration. Nous avons dîné en amoureux devant un feu de bois. Les plats sont délicieux. Des amuses bouches au dessert, un régal. Nous avons passé un très bon moment.
