Its herd of 50 dairy cows, of Normandy and crossbred breeds, benefits from access to pasture at least 300 days a year, favoring autonomy and economy. Transforming a third of their milk into mature cheeses, these nature enthusiasts have also been committed to the preservation and development of biodiversity since 2022.
