Since 2017, this association, chaired by Olivia Delezinier, has been helping citizens looking for work. Deposited in shopkeepers, the easily identifiable blue panels featuring the rocket logo in the takeoff phase, list job offers and local job requests. The association thus facilitates the networking of job seekers and employers in the area by investing in different places in the city. Décoll'ton job is the short circuit of employment which is based on the proximity of shopkeepers and inhabitants of a district to multiply a local and effective network. In 2022, the association accompanied about a hundred young people with its Coup de pouce program. 70 volunteers and 400 shopkeepers, associations or relay places keep these job boards alive, giving hope and professional opportunities. It is an organized word-of-mouth campaign with regularly updated job offers. A network that instills a beautiful dynamic, brings a human dimension, and boosts the researchers in their approach!
