It is in an open room, in a venerable building with Norman architecture, that you will come for a real gastronomic meal. A little away from the outrageous fashion, you will be prepared here for delicate and fine dishes with what needs to be invented in a world of classicism that fits well with such an establishment. A boar terrine house with pistachio and hazelnuts will ideally precede Haeu's hake filet with nantes white butter or the supreme pheasant supreme of honey, fried fries. léger en quantité
plat principal avec 3 € de supplément pour 2 noix de st jacques et 2 gambas, je trouve que ça fait léger. A cela la patronne répond que ce sont des produits de qualité : je n'en doute pas c'était délicieux, mais vraiment trop peu. j'aurais apprécié un geste sur l'addition (par ex déduction des 3 € de supplément), mais même pas !

Très bon mais le cadre est un peu triste. Le midi malgré un beau soleil la salle est assez sombre. Cela dit le cadre est assez chic. Les plats sont bons avec une belle présentation. Dommage que ce soit des serviettes en papier pour un restaurant de cette catégorie. un peu cher. Accueil très convivial.
