In the month of our visit, it was Brière hamburger with homemade sesame burger bread, butcher steak, langouille (porc tongue that is smoked, cooked and seasoned), curé nantais, mustard sauce in an old way, salad, tomato, onion, the whole accompanied by delicious homemade fries.
