All generations come together in this restaurant which has become an essential part of the Pornichet embankment. The room is large open summer to give foot in the sand and in winter everything is closed and heated in a spirit garden of winter. Chef Laurent Joneau offers creative French cuisine to the notes inspired sometimes by flavors of the world. On the menu, start with the fine pie, "tomatade", grilled eggplant and Parma ham or the crumbling of crab flesh, remollade and celery foam. Continue with the half-baked tuna, sesame-fried vegetables, juice short to honey and wasabi, or chicken ballotine with flavors of Asia, pot-au-fire broth and small vegetables. And to conclude in beauty, opt for Brittany pancakes or for the orange creamy tartette, green lemon foam. A very good beach restaurant.
