Restaurant offering a French cuisine, sometimes inspired by the flavors of the world.
All generations come together in this restaurant which has become an essential part of the Pornichet embankment. The room is large open summer to give foot in the sand and in winter everything is closed and heated in a spirit garden of winter. Chef Laurent Joneau offers creative French cuisine to the notes inspired sometimes by flavors of the world. On the menu, start with the fine pie, "tomatade", grilled eggplant and Parma ham or the crumbling of crab flesh, remollade and celery foam. Continue with the half-baked tuna, sesame-fried vegetables, juice short to honey and wasabi, or chicken ballotine with flavors of Asia, pot-au-fire broth and small vegetables. And to conclude in beauty, opt for Brittany pancakes or for the orange creamy tartette, green lemon foam. A very good beach restaurant.

Les boissons commandées avaient toutes une valeur ajoutée. A titre d'exemple : j'ai pris un simple chocolat chaud. Et pourtant j'y ai senti un chocolat de qualité, certainement pas du Nesquik en poudre comme on sert trop souvent sur les terrasses nantaises. En son sommet une légère mousse à laquelle on peut ajouter du sucre de canne fourni avec, dans un sachet aux couleurs de l'établissement. Un vrai soin est apporté au détail, au service de qualité, ainsi qu'à l'ambiance parfaitement instaurée, jusqu'au décor bohème chic dans les toilettes !
Je n'y ai passé qu'une heure, et pourtant je recommande chaleureusement ce lieu. C’est avec plaisir et hâte que j'y retournerai pour un dîner !
