At the end of Hauts-Pavés, run to this nugget for a gourmet and oenological break: a restaurant/wine cellar run by Barbara, a wine merchant, and her husband Rémi, a chef. The restaurant is open for lunch from Tuesday to Friday, and for dinner on Fridays and Saturdays. The cuisine here is first-rate bistronomic, for which you are invited to book in advance. La Cave is the place to go for platters and, above all, to discover excellent wines. The advice here is excellent, and we love the place, the principle and the welcome.
