Chez Manu is a wine bar, a sommelier and a cellar. Formerly head sommelier at Bernard Loiseau in Saulieu, Manu knows his stuff. On the wine cellar side, Manu will be delighted to answer all your needs and questions. Loire Valley, Alsace, Burgundy, Rhône Valley, South-West, Bordeaux or Champagne, the references are numerous and the price range very wide. Set up on the car-free terrace, at the counter, in an alcove or in the back room, the place is ideal for an aperitif dinner accompanied by charcuterie and cheese boards.
