For your cocktails or cold buffets, they also offer a whole range of sweet and savoury miniatures, macaroons, carolines, sweet reductions or sandwich loaves that make your mouth water as soon as you see them. Also to be discovered, a chocolate-fruit cake: the Beau Provençal, a light mousse with olive oil and a mango apricot coulis on a background of almonds, pine nuts and macaroon. Among the novelties, the Mercœur, a chocolate fondant and the Marron, a dessert composed of a dark chocolate and chestnut mousse, or the flan vendéen. And for an all-chocolate treat, try the Trois Chocolats, a chocolate biscuit filled with three chocolate mousses (milk, dark and white). Strawberry pavlova, apple fondant, Nantes cake, various chocolates (with and without sugar), sweets (berlingots, calissons, marzipan...) are also among their many specialities.
