The number 128 of the rue du Général-Buat has for many years been the headquarters of the Flandrin house, well known for the Nantais and the inhabitants of the Saint-Donatien district… It is now Chocolate Color that has taken its neighborhoods at this same address since 2016. Guillaume Ferchaud and Harmony Marin, a couple in the city, are therefore fully restored and offer their confectionery and chocolate creations. Here, everything is made home and what you will see first is the storefront… In season, you will not miss strawberries or raspberries, generously garnished and so delicious; Saint Donatien, winch to the nearby heritage, Cocoa (Thai chocolate and chocolate foam, nougatine to cocoa and biscuits without cocoa flour), lightning (pistachio, raspberry, choco or coffee of Mexico), Tenderness (chocolate mousse of Madagascar, cream and confit) Raspberry, chocolate chocolate biscuits, cocoa crispy) or Sweet Hour (pineapple compode, light vanilla foam, green lemon biscuits, crispy coconut)… To you the chocolate bars of Madagascar, Sao Tome or Saningo, the Diamonds and why not the homemade jams… It's an unmissable gourmet!
