This 3-generation Nantes institution is not to be missed. The Quai de la Fosse store boasts woodwork, chandeliers, friezes and scales listed as national heritage. Gérald, chocolatier, and his brother Josselin, pâtissier, preserve the secrets of these refined chocolates. Among the house specialties: the Mascaron, a dark chocolate rock filled with a crunchy milk and praline chocolate puff pastry (figures warding off evil spirits). You'll also find marzipan logs, Cointreau chocolate squares and other sweet treats!
