50 years of experience for Maison Chocolatier Coutant! Every month, the boutique, run by Véronique and Laurent Carretero and their team, undergoes a metamorphosis in line with the seasons, holidays and current events. Here you'll find a wide range of creations: Muscadettes nantaises (ganache with muscadet brandy) and subtle macaroons. Coutant fondant, a chocolate-covered cake with almond slivers (divine). Taste the famous Anne de Bretagne crowns created by M. Coutant (70% cocoa, raisins, almonds, hazelnuts). Discover Origine ganaches: a real treat!
