This is the story of Charles Henri Mata's career change! A former finance executive, he wanted to give meaning back to his work and get closer to people. Trained in the four corners of France in traditional, country-style bakery techniques, his bakery offers traditional, sourdough and organic breads. His breads include ciabatta with olive oil, fruit breads (apricot, prune, hazelnut) and petit épeautre. To reduce gluten intake, choose buckwheat flour breads.
