At Panisfaire, we rediscover the old-fashioned bread that once graced the tables of the best country homes. Here, the breads made with love by Christophe Nevoux and Roland Lamoureux are 100% organically grown and certified with local and fair trade production. Anchored in the world of gastronomy and daily well-being, they offer nutritious and tasty breads but also naturally gluten-free breads made with rice and buckwheat flour, cookies and brioches. The flours are local and the breads are produced with natural homemade yeast. Christophe and Roland can be found on several markets in Nantes, on Tuesdays on rue Bouchaud, on Wednesday evenings on La Minais in Sainte-Luce-sur-Loire, on Thursdays in Nantes on Zola, on Saturdays in Nantes at the Saint-Joseph-de-Porterie market, and the rest of the week on other peripheral markets in the 44. In addition, there is a bakery in Granchamp des Fontaines where you can also buy bread on certain days.
