La Boule Carrée Éléphant is a bakery, pastry shop and café all in one. Located right next to the Carrousel des mondes marins (and thus our famous elephant) it is open from early morning for a gourmet breakfast, and until 8pm, all the time. Of course, there are many breads, some of which are made with organic flours. People come here for the famous traditional baguette, but also the square Elephant ball, the large wholemeal, special breads such as ciabbata, or small spelt, the VIP square... For breakfast or an afternoon snack, you can enjoy the 100% pure butter pastries, as well as the pistachio/chocolate or raspberry revisited financiers. Coconut rochers, tarts, muffins and other sweets are also available. The beautiful, bright space and the wooden tables invite you to take a pleasant break before or after a dynamic visit to the site of the building sites along the Loire. Of course, at lunchtime, people come for the many affordable sandwich or salad formulas, allowing them to eat on the go, on the spot or to take away. With a contemporary spirit, the place is pleasant to relax around a fresh orange juice, a tea... La Boule Carrée Elephant also takes special orders for all kinds of events. Each season has its own sweet treats, with buches at Christmas and galettes for Epiphany. And sometimes, so close, the surprising roar of the Elephant!
