Fine breads and Tradition prepared from the farines of the rational agriculture are presented behind a counter in length, ideal to choose a softness while waiting to be served. At the Sweets Sweets, next to the traditional pastries, you will find more elaborate pastries, beautiful and fine meringues, bourdins (puff Norman spécialité specialty covered with cream and apples) and the nantais sanded.
