OLDU BOULANGER
The Oldü bakery opened in September 2022 in the Cens district under Ludo's leadership. He was awarded2nd prize in 2023 for his frangipane galette in the Loire-Atlantique best galette des rois competition. And his croissants won1st prize from the Fédération des artisans boulangers. Le Petit Oldü, a traditional bread, reinvents itself every day. The pastries are gourmet, with a variety of éclairs, financiers fingers and tarts. The traditional bread is made with Label Rouge flour, while the other breads are made with organic flour.
